Embark on this new flavor-packed roguelike where goomy bears are your enemies, in order to find a way out. Do not hold back! Slap those “sweet faces” in changing scenarios with the spicy synergies that each run will provide you.

🍬 About 🍬

Sugary Falls is the final degree project of 6 students coming from different disciplines to put together the Vertical Slice of a Twin-Stick Shooter action game with Roguelike elements. 

🍰 Features 🍰

  • Get stronger by getting power ups
  • Grab & throw the gummy bears to throw them out of the map or to unlock a juicy chain reaction
  • Don't fall through the floor, as some tiles are unstable. Use this to help your strategy!



🍦 Plot 🍦

The plot is about the dreams of Yummy, a teenager that turns into a rabbit who lives adventures in the realm of candy, invaded by evil gummy bears that threat the kingdom and its people.


Yummy will have to fight her way through and survive multiple waves of attacks from the enemy ranks, all while getting sugar highs that enhance her abilities.

My favourite part was when a horde of enemies transformed into gum-balls due to a chain reaction. It is cool to when everything gets out of hand. I wold love to see the upgrades dropping more frequently to get a better sense of progression + more archetype-centered bizzarre boosts.
